Sakura-Con 2008 (Day 1)

I was walking by the front entrance when I saw this group. Their dresses were so beautiful I just had to get a picture. It makes me sad that I don't know who they are or what their costumes were for. (I think it might have been one of the guest bands though...)

Edit: So I've been told that they're from Pet Shop of Horrors but I can't remember what part for the life of me. xD
